Rest Assured
The light from halos gently glows from this place. We even thought we heard the soft hush of feathers drifting past the bottom of the bed. The house were Macfarlane sleeps tonight is quite simply, peace on earth.
Keeping watch.............for a wee while yet.

glad both of you feel calm and peaceful with St. Columbus and that you can both feel at one in each other's company, without the stress that this has illness caused, without the interference of pain.
love to you both

"A soul connection is a resonance between two people who respond to the essential beauty of each other's individual natures, behind their facades, and who connect on a deeper level. This kind of recognition provides the catalyst for a potential alchemy. It is a sacred alliance whose purpose is to help both partners discover and realize their deepest potentials"

Macfarlane/mags,
Thought we'd get down to the Pans to see you this week. In gratitude for the Ardbeg you gave us I'd brought some peat and bog pine to add to the Christmas wrappingaper and tree. I was going to set it all ablaze in the cheminea and jan could have done a solstice waltz in the firelight. The thought being that dan could have watched this lunacy from the safety and comfort of bed.
So now you are behind the Starbank. There is not enough foreshore for a bonfire which leaves me the option of torching Kinghorn and Burntisland in order to create the same effect as the cheminea. I'll think about it seriously, meanwhile just try and imagine a Nordic evening on the south coast of Fife Dan.
again, many thanks for the Ardbeg and much love to you both.
Lewis
Mags,
You say that McFarlane’s bed has a view of the Forth. I hope so. Today, walking through Portobello I caught a glimpse of the sea - steel blue water reflecting a wild sky which ranged between black and grey to clear gold. I thought of the two of you and hoped that you Dan, saw the same gloriously splendid spectacle.
Love to you both, Lewis
