Originally, Mags made this place in the ether for family and friends to support Macfarlane's journey through cancer. Now that it is over, she uses the legacy of his spirit to chart new waters. Just to update , mither is back at home with her fibre optic christmas tree, which is much better that sharing a ward with a lunatic patient that has obviously been to see Harry Poter a she rants and rave during the night about platforms and trains. It would appear that she could be suffering from Dresslers Syndrome which can occur from anything from 2days after an open heart op to 11months after. Oddly enough nobody has explained anything about this condition to mither but only written it on the Discharge Letter to her Doctor. Maybe he will treat her for it! Anyway is was nice to share my home baking 9my cranbery, whitechoc and pistachio bake)with you today Dan, even if Alan had the lions share.i did leave extra ginger bread for your so hopefully Mags hasn`t sneaked it. I`m also glad that todays visit went well. had expected Mags to be stressed when I phoned tonight and was releived to hear her cheery. Well done all. I`ll be thinking of you all when I`m eating my sushi then singing at the Usher Hall tomorrow night. Could be interesting. Keep you posted. Cheers

belated happy 30 birthday, helen from rob and i -sorry didn't make the party but sounds as if a great time was had by all - we'ld probably have been a bit too much of the scottish calvanist tea-totallers on the night!! we're very different now rob & i from when we were 30-those were the days!
on the other comments - carol what's all this about homebaking-i wasn't offered any-white choc pastachio cake,sorry bake, sounds wonderful-didn't you keep me any???
